Hipchat video call notification not as expected

Hi All,

my team is evaluating HipChat (windows client) and we're making use intensively of video calls, but with all the norifications turned on, we can't receive a proper notification about a video call.

I mean, there's no blinking icon in the task bar.

It's true that in the HipChat client there's a popup in the upper right corner and a sound notification is raised, but if sound is disabled (common setup for us) and if you're not looking at the HipChat client in that moment, you're probabily going to miss the call.

How can we deal with it?

There is currently an issue on the Windows client (v4.27.x) that is causing call notifications to not get properly played/displayed. A fix is on the way out in the next update (will be version 4.28). Apologies for any difficulties caused in the meantime.
