Hipchat login

How can I correct the situation where every time I try to log in to Hipchat, it fails the first time, but does log me in on the second attempt? It's not the end of the world, but it is slightly annoying.

What exactly does it do when it fails to log you in for the first time. Probably, does it take you to some other URL (check if the URL changes in the address bar)? If thats the case, I think you can try logging into the second URL directly. Else I am not sure what might be the issue.
