Hipchat guest access

guest access does not work for us. The error message : "something's gone terribly wrong, we've informed headquarters" is not very helpful. Is there anything that we should/can do except for having enabled guest access for the room and provided the url to the vendor that we want to be able to enter the room?

Hi @Gerrit van Kammen,

It is a bug, we are working on it right now. Should be fixed in the next several hours. Sorry about the inconvenience.

sometimes this happens due to some port opening issues.make sure that all the inbound and outbound ports are open.
