we are really satisfied with Hipchat as a team collaboration platform and we also use HipChat to do our customer support. But we are facing now one problem:
- if more than 1 customer is in the service chat (we can t serve 2 or more customers in 1 room at the same time)
Is there a solution provided by HipChat or by Atlassian in general?
