Hipchat REST API - doesn't send a notification email on user creation

Hi,

Can we send a notification email on user creation from REST?

I've used the v2 API:

https://www.hipchat.com/docs/apiv2/method/create_user

body = ["name":"Mr Test", "mention_name":"MrTest", "email":"xxx@test.com"]

I've tried adding: "notify":"true" or "notification":"true" and it doesn't work.

I do get a notification if I create the user from the ui.
