Hipchat OVA - SAML - ADFS. Can't download metadata file due to redirect to main page

I try to integrate Hipchat OVA with ADFS. When I try to download metadata XML-file it redirects me to main page. How can I fix it?

Hi, Artur. Can you provide more information to this issue?

  • Were you trying to download the metadata from HipChat's end or ADFS's side?
  • Can you share the screen that you before you download and after you tried to download the information?
