One of our Hipchat administrators will appear to randomly turn Guest Access on for various private Hipchat rooms. He's often not even at his desk when it happens. He's competent and computer literate so I have no reason to expect that it's user error, and he's changed his password multiple times.
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
