I deployed the latest Hipchat Datacenter OVA (3.0.1) followed every step.
Got errors from the beginning, even though the selfcheck comes back ok.

Updating system configuration, this may take a few minutes...

I'm still getting "sqlalchemy.exc.ProgrammingError: (psycopg2.ProgrammingError) relation "cwd_application" does not exist"
I've looked at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/HCPUB-3268
but in the new OVA, hipchat-crowd-schema.sh doesn't exist, and on the old OVA the workaround doesn't work.
