Hipchat 'Cloud' integration with JIRA server (user directory)

Hello,

We are using JIRA and Confluence, we are hosting is and the master user directory is JIRA's.

We would like to use HipChat. I created a yourcompany.hipchat.com but I can't find a way to synchronize the user directory with JIRA.

Does anyone have an idea on how to do this?

Hi JG,

In a nutshell, we don't offer directory integration for HipChat cloud groups, so I'm afraid that isn't possible currently.

However, we do have directory integration for our HipChat Server product, which is currently in beta. You can check out HC Server by looking over the installation guide, system requirements and user directory pages. If interested, you can sign up for the beta at www.hipchat.com/server which will be free to use until March 31st, 2015.
