HipChat vs. Trello

Can someone tell me the difference between Trello and HipChat?

We are starting to use Trello for our organization to keep track of projects, activities, to dos.

Thanks

HipChat is for ChatOps. Chatting, Quick Adhoc rooms, webcam meetings.

Trello is like Kanban lite. Create boards, lists, cards. Add due dates, color coding, assign people to cards, etc...

They are not interchangeable.
