Hello,
I'm having a problem where HipChat on iOS (v. 11 Dev Beta 4) is constantly asking me to re-enter my company's HipChat server details and to log in, sometimes failing to do so with a "Bad Request" error.
Colleagues on Android do not seem to be having the same issue.
Any ideas?

Hi Andrei,
It's hard to determine what may be wrong based on your description, but I think that these are two different issues that could be related.
The first thing I would do is reach out to your HipChat Server admin so you can test the login mechanism in order to reproduce the error. The admin should be tailing the /var/log/hipchat/web.log, /var/log/hipchat/tetra.log and and /var/log/hipchat/coral.log server side during this time. Once you've reproduced the 'bad request' error, then I'd suggest filing a support ticket with HipChat Server support at getsupport.atlassian.com and include these logs.
Additionally, if the admin can also send the HipChat Server version, that'd be helpful too.
