We are testing HipChat and a few users are having issues with the HipChat application. The People list stops at a certain letter (J for example) and they are unable to see any users below that. However, if they login online, they see the complete list.
Is there a "fix" for the HipChat application for those users? What would be causing that behavior? Thank you.
@Aaron Vance - I don't think we've heard of this issue from other users so far - having more detailed information would probably help diagnose what's going on. I'd suggest contacting support via https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/32 - including logs, screenshots, and/or videos would definitely help.
