HipChat Server - not able to upload files

Hello!

I have installed HipChat Server and I am not able to upload files to the chat rooms. Why?

 

Edit: Please note that I do not use signed SSL cert and my domain is also not configured. Is this an issue for files upload & hosting?

I had the same issue, when tested hipchat server in my enviroment.

there is an answer from Atlassian support that "Windows and Linux client file handling does not work with self-signed certificates. Install a signed certificate trusted by the Windows and Linux client OSs"
