HipChat & Pivotal integration

I'm trying to integrate my Pivotal account to give notifications to my HipChat account.  During the setup it goes to a step in HipChat that give me an API token as well as a Room ID & Name.

The problem is that underneath it all is a button that says "Vendor Instructions" that points to this address:

help.hipchat.com/knowledgebase/articles/64449-pivotal-tracker-integration

Yet, going to that address has a couple automatic redirects that end up at this location that has nothing on Pivotal at all: https://confluence.atlassian.com/hipchat/hipchat-documentation-740262341.html
