HipChat Integration with Service-Now

I have couple of questions regarding HipChat integration

1. Can we add multiple HipChat groups into single room in HipChat.

2. Does HipChat allow to do this Voice & Video calls options ? and Is this functionality available in Single Room.

Hi Ravi, 

1. No, it isn't possible to connect people from different groups into a single room 9from a particular group) in HipChat. However, you can add users in the group and then create multiple rooms in the group. 

2. Yes :D It is possible to start video/audio calls in 1-1 chats and in rooms. Please check out the following documentation for more info about it:
