> Can a user be assigned permissions to not send attachments?
Not on an individual user basis.
> Can we monitor user's activity level?
Kind of. If you go in to the admin interface and click on a user, it shows their activity, but it's pretty basic info. Here's mine on our instance:
> Can we monitor certain words the user uses in their chats?
Not with native functionality. You may be able to write an app to do this, but I'm not sure.
> Is there a activity graph which shows the chat activity between 2 users?
