When client launches the application, the window appears but is completely blank. We've tried quitting the app, rebooting the machines, and uninstalling/reinstalling to no effect. This is only affecting 2 users at the moment, and the rest of us seem to be fine. Their web clients also work fine. Windows 7 Pro.
Updated my Nvidia driver off Nvidia website, after searching my driver. Windows device driver told me my driver was up to date in Device Manager, but after I updated driver anyway, problem resolved
Answering my own post:
I ended up updating the nVidia display driver. HipChat would work in 256 color mode but not 32-bit color mode. Updating to the latest nVidia driver (340.x) did the trick.
