Hi there
I am unable to see 1 on 1 history with one of my colleagues beyond last month.
This is a new problem, previously we were able to view the entire history since we started using HipChat..

This is odd definitely. Do you store Hipchat locally or is stored by Atlassian? If it's stored locally, are you seeing any error in Hipchat logs regarding your username or your colleague's? Maybe would be a good idea to check with Hipchat support at support.atlassian.com if this could be some issue in hipchat as well.
