My team is using the free installation of Hipchat. A couple days ago, the Giphy add-on stopped responding to the command. I checked and it says it is still installed in all rooms. Any troubleshooting ideas?
This add-on is provided by giphy.com, so I can't answer questions about why it may have stopped responding, though I have heard of this occurring before. A quick workaround should be to simply re-install the add-on.
