Hi Ramya - there are a couple issues that could be happening:
1) The email on your account isn't correct, so the email is getting sent to some email that doesn't exist.
2) The email is getting sent to your spam folder. Please double check in your mail system to ensure this isn't happening.
If you continue to have issue, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they can update the email on your account if necessary (e.g. there was a typo or something)
