I am running Windows 10 Pro, with the Windows Client HipChat app, Version 4.28.1.1659 (Web Core 4.28.4)
We are currently in the process of rolling out a client update that may fix this issue for you (version 4.29.4.1661) To ensure you have the latest possible version, please download directly from https://hipchat.com/downloads.
