Error "You reached the maximum number of sessions in"

I got a problem when log in hipchat. It shows error pop up below:

I checked my session on web page but when I try to disconnect it always show error "Invalid session"

Please help to check this issue. Thanks!

That's very unusual. We've cleared those rogue sessions on your behalf. Please reach out to support at and let us know if you're still not able to login to your HipChat client.
