Error 'You reached the maximum number of sessions in Hipchat'

Our HipChat user encounters error  'You reached the maximum number of sessions in Hipchat' when he log in HipChat. According to the user, "Main reason of too many session is, I think, I have too many active rooms. I mistakenly joined too many rooms (~200 rooms) in hip chat recently. ". How can we resolve current situation?

Please file a ticket to support.atlassian.com under HipChat along with the affected email address so that the next available support engineer will be able to help look into it!

It seems it is a best way.
