It looks like custom "Issue Created" events in the workflow post-functions aren't triggering notifications into HipChat rooms. The default "Issue Created" event works every time.
Not sure if this an intended feature or if a work-around exists?
Not a huge priority, but was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue
This could happen because of the position where the custom event was placed.
You need to put your custom workflow event last, so the issue is indexed, and that should fix the problem.
We are not supporting anymore post-functions, you should use the HipChat integrations page where you can set mappings and actions from there.
