Cannot initiate video call in hipchat

Used to be able to - as of this morning I get the following message:

Uh oh! We couldn't fully download everything we needed 

We will try again shortly. In the mean time, check for problems with your Internet connection

It appears to be unable to download: 

Missing https://d3f5ootf0jzs2j.cloudfront.net/hipchatme_1592.364/utils.js?v=1

Although I can download this file just fine via a browser.

Is this a know or temporary issue?

Hi Sean - We saw a small hiccup for some users on HipChat Video last night, but the issue has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor this though to make sure we've got the right solution in place. Please reach out to the HipChat support team if you are still having issues. Thank you.
