Cannot disconnect from Hipchat session

I just noticed that even though I am logged-off from Hipchat, my colleagues still see me as online. Then I noticed that there are multiple sessions opened on my Hipchat account, so this is maybe the reason why I still appear online.

When I try to disconnect from any of them, I get a success message: "Session disconnected." however they are still listed as opened.

Is there any other way how to disconnect from opened sessions other then using website https://FQN/account/sessions
