I cannot reactive my staff hipchat account.
In case, i login via Hipchat(https://beesightsoft.hipchat.com/sign_in), It show error
We don't recognize that email address. Check it for typos or try your group's domain.

I can confirm that the email thai.ly@beesightsoft.com is not associated with any HipChat Cloud account. There is a another user with the same name but signed up with a different email address, so it will be great if you can confirm with the user which email he used to sign up to HipChat.
