Cannot active/forgot password for hipchat account

I cannot reactive my staff hipchat account.

In case, i login via Hipchat(https://beesightsoft.hipchat.com/sign_in), It show error 

We don't recognize that email address. Check it for typos or try your group's domain.

Can you help me to check my staff account thai.ly@beesightsoft.com

Hello, Loi.

I can confirm that the email thai.ly@beesightsoft.com is not associated with any HipChat Cloud account. There is a another user with the same name but signed up with a different email address, so it will be great if you can confirm with the user which email he used to sign up to HipChat. Due to security and privacy reasons, let me know if you prefer to have a support ticket created to further troubleshoot the issue. Thanks.
