This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Chat in rooms
When we first joined HipChat, we could create rooms and they'd go live immediately in the left column list. Now, when someone creates an open room, it doesn't appear. We each have to go to our list of rooms in a separate area and click on the room title to have it appear in our left column. Why the extra step? Why do rooms no longer appear automatically?
This is not normal, can you raise a support request please?
