Its giving me this message: “We couldn’t find that room. It may have been deleted or you may have the wrong ID
Also, people can't add me in any room. I can't see them as well. Probably because the Organization listed on the top left side is different from theirs
Since the organization on the top left side is different, could you please check whether you're logged in to the correct Hipchat instance? The Hipchat client allows you to join more than one instance, which could be leading to confusion.
Please try choosing the "Log in to another team" option on the "File" menu of the client to access the same instance your colleagues are on.
