Can't Sign Up on HipChat

Hello,

I'm trying to sign up for Hipchat as I want to implement it in my company. However, upon trying to sign up on https://www.hipchat.com/sign_upI keep getting the following error:

• This Team name is already in use...

This is the first time I try to sign up, we suspect that whoever tried to sign up on HipChat before, already left the company. How can I confirm if this is the case? I'd like to cancel it if possible.

Hi Alyson,

The error "Team name already in use" is due to the name being taken by either someone from your company or others.
