If I upgrade to Premium on my account, does the 2$ fee get applied to every member in my account? I have more than one team… can I upgrade to Premium on only one team, and keep the other team on the Basic plan?

Per HipChat support: If you upgrade for your account, all the users on that account will be charged the Premium fee. To segment the teams you would need to use different email addresses and set up seperate accounts for the Premium and Basic teams.
