Hi! Help me please. Now I develop hipchat bot and I have a question: 

Can I send a message to specific person in a public room? Don`t visible to other users in this room. Using atlassian-connect-express (Node.js).

no. you can @mention them to call them out but others see. if you want private message simply open a private chat.
