Can HipChat server be upgraded on an intranet?

Is there a way to download upgrades/patches and apply them offline? My company wants to setup the server on a network with no internet access.

At the moment, we do not offer offline upgrades but we're aware of this request and considering it. Currently it is necessary for HipChat Server to have access to ports 80, 443 TCP to upgrade servers at: 

• https://hipchat-server-stable.s3.amazonaws.com/
• http://hipchat-dependencies-stable.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/
• http://hipchat-dependencies-stable.s3.amazonaws.com/

Our patch is also usually hosted on S3, hence your server is required to have access to it before a patch can be downloaded.
