Can Cog by Operable be added to the list of bots?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Using bots in HipChat

Cog is a chatbot specifically built for teams working in DevOps while utilizing ChatOps practices. Cog is written in Elixir and Go, yet the commands that drive Cog can be written in any language. Additionally, Cog's fine-grained command permissions give you confidence in using chatops for even the most sensitive workflows. More Cog information can be found at operable.io.
