I am utilizing Hip Chat for a small hotel and am wondering if any of the integrations for Hip Chat work well for assigning tickets internally only. I see that many have the ability to ticket guests but I'm unsure which one works the best for my specific function. Basically assigning tasks to engineers and housekeeping (preferably with the ability to track the progress on the task) Does anyone have suggestions on which integration would be good for me?
