Away users always shown online in Hipchat

This started earlier this week. Users who are away are shown always online.

Has anybody seen this? It's driving us crazy as we don't know who's online and who's not :-(

Again, just started this week, everybody is on the latest version of the app.

We're having a similar issue here, did you ever resolve it? Reinstall? Did you have to perform some registry editing to fix it?

This only ever happens on a Windows machine apparently.

Reinstall does not seem to work, but user habit may have something to do with it.

We have about 3 or 4 users (out of say 50) that have this same problem, and yes they had this problem also on previous SOE.  These users leave their machines on and just lock them at the end of the day.

Also a these users status of online will also often override a status of on mobile while there machines are locked.

I installed HipChat on my iPhone and now I'm always shown as online and/or away but never offline. Even if I close the application on my phone it shows me as away which makes people think that I'm constantly online and working and people message me all times of the day... really bad feature.. feature-bug as we call it...
