this is ridiculous, that we cannot invite other company support people to our chat or create one common for all of us. You are driving people away, you lag even behind cloud Skype.
Are you planning to implement it you you gonna force companies to quit your services?
same here.. we need to collaborate with other partner companies.. who are also using HipChat.
Creating an email alias in order to have separate accounts is considered a workaround & quite a temporary one!
