Especially from an accessibility standpoint, I'm missing font size selections in HipChat (under "Appearance"), version 4.29.4.1662. Ideally different ones for the main text (messages, this is the major thing that should be customizable), sidebar, and metadata (names, dates).
Font face too, but size is more important.
