unable to reach server domain

 hi! I'm trying to use the hipchat app on android, but I can't connect to their command server. to solve this problem I used the guide:

but this is not helping me. please tell me how to configure the server to work with mobile devices?

Before we utilize the KB you mentioned, can you confirm if you are running on the affected environment?

• Android 4.x
• HipChat Server 2.0.4 / 2.0.7

If you are, did you double confirm if the TLSv1 is added to the ssl_protocols parameter in the /hipchat-scm/chef-repo/cookbooks/hipchat_web/templates/default/web-site-btf.erb file after running the script?
