Need to monitor another channel

Need to monitor another hipchat channel if someone asks for help from DCS service BoT should automatically redirect to our own Pvt hipchat channel

Hi there, Siva.

I would like to get a better understanding on the question that you have here. Please correct me if I am unclear with any of the points listed below:

  • You have a HipChat group A that you are signed in to on the desktop client
  • At the same time, you also have another HipChat group B created
  • You have a bot developed for HipChat called the DCS service bot which is being used in group A
  • When users utilize the bot in group A, it will also provide an API response to group B

Am I getting the right idea here? If not, it will be great if you can provide more context and detail on the requirement that you have here. While you can have multiple groups signed in to the client as mentioned in the Connect multiple accounts, please share how the DCS service bot works as well. Thanks!
