Hi, John.

According to the link you shared, I noticed that Syahrul responded to the thread with the suggested solution that relates to the Windows Hipchat client crashes immediately on launch which involves disabling the graphics processing unit of the machine. Can you confirm if it works on your end?

Else, can you please confirm if you are on HipChat Cloud / Server or Data Center? The reason why we are asking is because HipChat Cloud is moving to Stride, which should solve the problem that you are facing here.
