Halp looks great and we are keen to explore for our internal support use case across multiple teams. However, we would need API integration with Halp to pull ticket, metadata and usage information to our other internal tools.
Does Halp expose REST API's like the rest of Atlassian products?
Halp doesn't have a public API. It does integrate with Jira Service Management as a ticket backend, so your help seekers have the same Slack and Microsoft Teams experience but all your ticket data is in Jira. We recommend this approach for customers who need API access, since all the data will then be available from the standard Jira and JSM APIs.
Using Halp with JSM comes with your JSM license, so there's no additional cost.
