Is it possible to suggest knowledge base articles through Halp when someone creates a ticket in MS teams the same way KBs are suggested in Jira service portal?

Hi @Sarah Nadif 👋  - Yes, it will be possible this fall with Halp Answers in MS Teams! The feature enables you to connect your KB articles to Halp and then uses machine learning to suggest your KB articles based on the keyword terms presented in the request. When it goes live we will be notifying all of our current users and making an announcement in the community.
