How can I define a repository to just index a certain branch in GIT with Fisheye?

We have a multi project git-repo, and now I want to configure a fisheye repo for each of them. We cannot use the paths alone, as we have a code base that is shared by all projects.

Can I define something, that fisheye just shows up the commits to a certain branch?

This would be usefill for crucible and reports.
