Hi,

I was wondering if it was considered to add the ability to add multiple forms to a single request type. The use case for us/one client is to have a specific set of fields on almost all request types (e.g. location, phone number...) and then fields only related to each request type below that.

For example, we have 3-4 fields that are the same on 10+ request types, and then each form has additional fields below those fields.

What appeared to be a time waster is that when you're in the testing phase, we have to update this first part of the form for each request type.

It would be cool if you could create a single form that would be attached to all those request types and which would contain all those fields which are the same everywhere, and then attach another form to the same request type and position it relative to the first form (guessing in issue layout page?).

So, something like this:2 forms on one request type.png
