Twice over the last two days, one of our developers closed a review and received a server error popup -- he can't say whether additional information was provided. He notes that the crucible review does close correctly but the associated jira issue does not get updated to show the new state of (in this workflow) 'to integration'.

Hi Chris,
If you look in the FishEye logs around the time that the developer reported the error, we should be able to find an error related to the popup. Can you check the logs and provide the stacktrace?
