fisheye crucible timeline is empty

The timeline view of Confluence is always empty. Details are shown. That is true in our actual new 3.5.2 but it's true too in our older Version 2.10.0

Are there any settings i missed to set to see the timeline?

This is what i see if i look at one of the reviews (example). The same happens for ALL reviews.

The tool is crucible and not confluence, sorry, guess you already recognized that. As requested i made a support call with JIRA Issue CRC-7704

The history is loaded by an AJAX action, usually you should see the timeline content displayed within less than a second.   We may need more information to help with this issue - starting with the browser you are using, checking all the AJAX requests send by it and the responses.  Would you consider raising this in support.atlassian.com so we could investigate, please?
