crucible: where is my comment when I change file?

Jérôme Pouiller July 12, 2018

While reviewing in crucible, if I do:

  • start a comment in a file A (Curcible says "Autosaved")
  • then I select another file B (typicaly to check something) and I select a line in this file
  • then I come back to file A
  • my comment seems lost

Any idea to recover my comment?

EDIT:

In fact comment is saved, but I need to refresh my browser to make it apears.

Hello Jérôme

It seems this is the default behavior of a comment that it's not manually saved.

Besides that, after changing from the current comment to another page and getting back, the comment will be saved as a DRAFT, requiring the user to POST the comment before completing the review.

Regards

Rodrigo

Yes, I saw that. However, I need to refresh my browser in order to show my draft comment.

Since I have a work around, I can consider my issue as resolved.
