Hi Kevin,

Unlike other Atlassian products, FishEye/Crucible still has a special admin account, which is created during setup, and has no associated user account with it, just the password.

After this account is set however, you can add one or more users to the list of Administrators, all of whom can administor FishEye or Crucible.
