User login failure

I was just handed a Fisheye installation. The configuration has a connection to our AD group.

Then application can see all of the users and groups with in AD. From the Administration console the tests are showing green and synchronization is working.

But when a user try's to login using the server/login you cannot get logged in. It keeps displaying "Password incorrect or unknown user"

I have tried using domain\user and just user. 

The anonymous login feature does work. Just no user login.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello!

The error that you are having  could be that the System Administrator have not provide global permission to the users from the LDAP. Could you verify if the affected users or group/s have been assigned with the Global permissions?
